Mine isn't really home decor...

but I'll use it in my home (or my purse, or my car, etc).

It is a n altered notebook!

It started out as a little black and white composition notebook.

I stamped an image and sentiment on it from Days Like This and finished it up with some Wahsi Tape.

New Pink by Design Hop!

Hi Everyone!

Welcome to the latest and greatest Pink By Design stamp release blog hop!

You should be here from Sarah's blog, but if you just happened to stop by, make sure you start from the beginning so you don't miss a thing!

Every time there is a PBD release I have a new favorite stamp set. Crazy but true!

This release is no exception!

I am going to show you something from three of the new sets!

(yeah- I was busy getting my craft on!)

My first project uses the beautiful set called "Pray".

Lovely sentiments that can be used for so many occasions.

This was a quick and easy card using Bo Bunny paper and 3 Girl JAM Chocolate Brown ribbon.

My next card features 2 sentiments from "Attitude".

(There's been some sass flying around my house lately!)

My last project showcases the set called "Instantly".

For those of you who know me- you know that layouts are not really my thing.

Well- I did an 8x8 layout.

We had a "moment" in our house last night that I know my girls will remember for years to come.

When I asked my 11 year old daughters what they wanted to eat for dinner, their response was, "Banana Splits!" (probably because it was around 100*F outside)

My husband and I looked at each other, smiled, and said "Sure!"

If you could have seen the looks on their faces....

Priceless!

Two Bundles of Joy

Welcome to the Two Bundles of Joy Blog Hop!

Squeezy

Hi Everyone!

Happy Friday!!
I'm so happy to show you a super cute little bag that I made!

My daughter Avery was the inspiration for this project.

She ~~likes~~ loves pigs! She loves lemonade!

And since she was a baby we've called her "Squeezy" (I can't even remeber why!).

I saw Penelope Pig in a lemon costume and knew I had to do something for Avery with her. :)

Sentiment from PBD "Simply Everything"

I found this pennant flag box, by Lori Whitlock, in the Silhouette store and had to have it!

It looked like the perfect size to hold lemonade or drink packets- we go through a lot of these during the summer in our house!

So-- Miss Avery will be getting her Pig Lemonade Box in the near future.

3GJ Beautiful Bows Hop

Welcome to the 3 Girl JAM Beautiful Bows blog hop!

We are so excited that you are here!!

If you just happened to stop by, make sure you go to 3 Girl JAM to start the Hop.

There's so much excitement in our household over the new Bow Makers that are available now.

A and M are excited because they can make beautiful bows now (even more beautiful than they already could!), and even Mr. Bling is excited because he was able to get a little crafty on the production side of things!

For my project, I made a little mini-album card.

First, I made some background paper with the Pink by Design Big Hexagon stamp set. I used the new Tim Holtz Summer Distress Ink set *love*. I used a sentiment (also PBD) and cut around it and layered it twice- inking the edges as I went.

The inside contains 4 pages for pictures, doodling, notes, or anything at all!

I decorated the pages with more PBD stamps (The Life You Imagined) and Washi Tape!

The mini was put together by punching holes through all the papers and running some Goblin Green and Sunflower 3GJ ribbon through.

I tied a double bow with 2 ribbons with the pegs in holes 1 and 4. This made a larger 4 loop bow.

Isn't that FUN!
